Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of purchase and receive a full product refund.
Orders that participated in sale are final.
Return packages must be received within 30 days of purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse all returns received after the 30 days return window period.

After your return request has been approved (you will be emailed the next steps), please either enclose the packing slip that came with your order or ensure that your name (and order number, if possible) is included inside the returned package. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
